JUSTIN METZLER, LEED® GA

Justin brings to Davis Wince over ten years of professional experience, an MBA, and a Master of Architecture degree from Kent State University.

After completing his studies at Kent State in 2007, Justin worked as a Development Associate for the multi-family housing developer Richland Communities in their student housing division. While at Richland, Justin gained experience working directly with the owner and developer locating viable markets, assembling land, and assisting in the entitlement process.

Justin recently became a LEED Green Associate, and is currently working to successfully complete the Architectural Registration Exams.
