Corporate Office Planning & Design

Davis Wince provided strategic planning and design for Gutknecht’s new headquarters located within the CityGate Industrial Office Park.  The new space provides open offices surrounding teaming areas for the two major business units in the company.  The building also includes a state-of-the-art conference room featuring multi-media technology, a custom made concrete conference table with a floating maple ceiling, and  Davis Wince custom designed office furniture.  The building is master planned to facilitate a 20,000 sf addition to house a training center, offices and warehouse space.
