Stantec Office Relocation

After assisting Stantec in property evaluation and test fitting four sites, a single floor plate of 22,500 sf at Colorado Center was selected for the project.  The design features an open floor plan that takes advantage of sweeping views of the front range of the Rocky Mountains.  A contemporary palate of bright colors, stained MDF panels, energetically patterned carpet tiles, and colored concrete floors help define the design of this facility.
