Biddle Residence Hall Renovation

Since 1999, Davis Wince Ltd. has helped Ohio University’s  in its mission to offer students living-learning environments that thoroughly integrate academics with residence life through several comprehensive residence hall renovations on the University’s East Green.

These renovations have transformed several 60-year-old facilities into state-of-the-art residence halls that corroborate with Ohio University’s overall plan to compete on a national scale for highly-talented students.

Davis Wince, Ltd. provided full architectural services for the renovation of Biddle Hall. This residence hall, originally built in 1953, has undergone a complete transformation. Fifty-six resident rooms were renovated, including upgrades to all mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
