Human Resources  and University Development Building Design

Davis Wince, Ltd provided full architecture and design services for the 24,000 SF Human Resources Facilities Management and University Development building on the Ohio University main campus.  The two-story university building houses classrooms, computer rooms, and conference rooms, and integrates state-of-the art technology for presentations and live video broadcasting.

Davis Wince also developed and implemented a master plan for the site surrounding the building inlcuding walks, landscaping and a new parking lot.
