Multiple Store Rollouts

DSW is a national shoe retailer offering designer shoes to the value conscious shopper.

As the Architect of Record for numerous DSW stores, Davis Wince has helped the retailer renovate and open stores featuring a new modern “destination” shopping experience.  Davis Wince surveys existing DSW retail stores for retrofit, surveys proposed new store locations, and prepares construction documents to roll out the new DSW retail design prototype for stores in Ohio, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Illinois, Massachusetts,  Missouri,  Texas, Connecticut, and Minnesota.  In addition, Davis Wince works closely with the DSW Store Planning and Construction team to manage revisions to the master prototype drawings.
