The Mellow Mushroom franchise concept, based in Atlanta, is expanding in several new markets including the Denver, Colorado and Columbus, Ohio markets.

The “funky” pizza restaurant concept features state-of-the-art sound systems, a networked series of high definition televisions, and color-changing LED lighting features.  While Mellow Mushroom is very specific and intentional about their art branding and restaurant design, each owner works closely with the restaurant designer and restaurant architect to create an original dining experience. Each location’s restaurant design is completely unique while at the same time maintaining brand standards, menu offerings, and experiential consistency.

Davis Wince has been selected as the Architect of Record for all Mellow Mushroom locations in Colorado, as well as 3 to 5 locations in the central Ohio market over the next 4 to 6 years.
